QUANTE PROTEINE MANGIARE DURANTE IL GIORNO? Ci sono varie scuole di pensiero, ma la più valida rimane quella basata sui 2 grammi di proteine per chilo di peso corporeo( se si svolge un allenamento con i pesi fatto bene). Se si pesa 80 kg andranno mangiati 160 grammi di proteine( comprese le proteine vegetali). COME CALCOLARLI? Semplice, basta utilizzare le tabelle nutrizionali degli alimenti. Se mangio 200 grammi di petto di pollo cotto, andrò ad assumere 30( grammi di proteine in 100 grammi di petto di pollo cotto)x 2(equivalente a 200 grammi)= 60 grammi di proteine totali. Me ne mancheranno 100 grammi per arrivare alla mia quota giornaliera, da calcolare di pasto in pasto. QUANDO ASSUMERLE E COME? In realtà non c'è un timing, l'importante è raggiungerle a fine giornata, quindi non serve assumerle per esempio appena finito l'allenamento, addirittura prima della doccia, poiché in ottica di lungo periodo non fa la differenza.
