夜ごはんの後に予定が入っていて時間がなかったのもあり、手抜きカップ麺
+生野菜とつくり置きおかずでちゃちゃっと!
足りなかったので、安納芋とカマンベールチーズもプラスで食べました~‼️
ダイエット前はよく#UFO たべてましたー
一番好きなカップ麺です

そしてプレゼントとして大量に頂いた#mochicream の
#安納芋を使ったおもちの大学芋アイス 
すんごくたべてみたくて、ハードルあげすぎた、というか、自分が思ってた味とイメージが違いましたが、みたらし団子みたいな味で美味しかったです
.
夜ごはんのあとも何だか満足しなくて、ちょこちょこ芋やチーズやお菓子をたべちゃってちょっと反省
ですが、食べた時間が早かったからか、金曜日の今朝の体重は39.8㎏
今夜から3日間、ずっと外食続きの予定なので、ちょっと減っててくれて良かった(こーゆー感情になることじたいまだまだ体重計に振り回されてるなあ…と反省)

This topic has been coming up quite a bit recently with some of my clients so thought I would do a little rundown. I’ve done both methods at some point in my fitness journey and personally I have found a meal plan to be much more effective for me. -

When I did IIFYM (if it fits your macros) I found I was constantly living on My Fitness Pal, entering and checking and evaluating before I ate anything. I also found it REALLY hard to hit my macros to the gram every day, consistently. I often found I would have to go over my calories because I had over eaten in one component but under eaten in another. I also struggled to hit my main micronutrient targets too and found overall that I didn’t make as healthy food choices. Maybe I just sucked at it ‍♀️ I definitely enjoyed the flexibility of choosing what I felt like to eat though and I know a lot of friends and clients who love this method of tracking macros and that’s AWESOME  Always find what works best for YOU!-

Personally I prefer a nutrition plan where there is more structure. I #carbcycle so I map out my week in advance; I know what I’m training and when, therefore I know what I’m eating and when. Now that I’m not in #compprep mode I go off plan about 10-20% of the time (because, #life ). Some of that time I just intuitively eat and enjoy not tracking. Part of that I will do IIFYM- which means I’ll basically swap a meal from my nutrition plan and replace it with a different meal but throughout the day I will subtract/add certain foods to make sure my macros are still the same. -

There is certainly evidence to support both methods. The primary benefit behind IIFYM is to prevent binge eating, so to stop the restrictive nature of ‘dieting’ and saying a blanket no to all ‘junk’ foods. Having said that, there’s also plenty of evidence available to show that following a well balanced, sustainable, and accurate nutrition plan will get you closer to your physique targets. -
