What did you eat for breakfast growing up?
I ate homemade cinnamon sugar toast, granola bars, or pop tarts ...and drank lots of juice, lots. It was hard breaking a sugar addiction after years of eating sugar for breakfast and sometimes the cravings still hit hard. .
