Over 10 days from 18-28 September, every time you post a photo with the hashtag #toonewomanfromanotheryou help Blossom Project to collect tampons and pads to homeless women and women victims of sex trafficking in San Francisco and Copenhagen.
Blossom Project is a non-profit organization in San Francisco and Copenhagen who support these women through much needed sanitary bags. .

This challenge will run over 10 days, and for every day you post a yoga pose from @stinebrink, @loumill.dk will donate a tampon for the sanitary bags. 10 days = 10 pictures = 10 tampons per each person joining in. It seems like such a small thing we take for granted, just buying a box at a time, but for many it's one extra hardship to have to think about, so every little bit helps. Tagging some friends to join in. .
This Warrior 3 pose is for day 3. The challenge in this asana is always on dropping the hip of the raised leg so that hips are parallel with the floor, while simultaneously extending through the chest to keep the body long. I think that purists would have the foot flexed, however personally I ask students in class and myself to ensure that the foot is active, and you commit to the pose fully - either point or flex, but activate the energy from the crown of the head all the way through, while drawing up energy from the earth .
