👊🏻Transformation Tuesday👊🏻 Tonight was the first time I put a picture of myself from after I had Josh next to a current pic and the progress I've made is incredible! 🎉 The difference in these pics is about 20 lbs, several inches, and lots of fat that has become lean muscle! .... BUT it took 6 MONTHS of showing up when it wasn't easy, despite obstacles like exhaustion, adjusting to life with 2 kids, breastfeeding all day and night, consistently growing my business, wrestling with postpartum anxiety, sick kiddos, a 7-day hospitalization and surgery for my 3-year-old, house guests, vacations, and so much more. It wasn't always easy, in fact it never was, but it was SO worth it to be feeling like myself again so much sooner then I did after my first, to feel confident again, and to have the energy I need to take care of two kids! 💕
Mommas, I know it isn't EASY to take care of ourselves but it's vital to our well-being. Given the chance we will always put other things first, usually at the expense of ourselves and our marriages, which we often don't realize until it's too late. 😌
