Patience and perseverance sorted this out, and today I am absolutely in love with this kind of training, e.g. a good plank makes me feel all parts of my core being strong strong like almost no other exercise ✌

While most bodyweight routines emphasise pushing - think squats, press-ups, climbers, etc - pulling movements usually require a bit of accessorising with weights, trx or resistance bands. As the latter are the lightest, cheapest and most compact, they make posterior strengthening pull-focused workouts so accessible! Try 4 rounds of this 5 move circuit for a 20 minute back and core wake-up!  12 Bent over rows  12 Kneeling lat pullaparts  12 Recline bicep curls  12 Forearm leg extensions (super strong abs? So for a lack of anything else, you grab a croissant, eat it in two mouthfuls and feel a bit rubbish for a while But there are lots of recipes that can be made ahead of time to keep you on track. These butternut squash muffins for example are perfect as a get up and go snack! They're as easy as mixing the wet ingredients with the dry and, once baked, can be popped in a tin ready to grab on your way out the door ‍♀️They can be frozen too, meaning you could make a huge batch and snack happy for a couple of weeks!
