Finally I can sit at our dining table and share a mealtime with my family, such a blessing ❤️
Although it can be challenging to make time for family meals because of busy work and after-school activities, there are many benefits to eating together regularly, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner time. • Increased communication and bonding
Opportunity to introduce new foods.
• Children learn by example, if you set a good example, they will follow.
• Learn new skills, involve the family in good meal choices and preparations.
•Relaxed eating environment, boosts health •
