The reason I started the program was because I was so busy training and teaching others that I was finding my own workouts being put on the back burner. I had a gym membership for 20+ yrs and found myself going less and less. I felt like I needed more and that I couldn’t let my own fitness goals slip to the side.‍♀️ A month into the first program I did I was in love with the way I felt.‍♂️ I was full of energy and not totally run down and exhausted. I saw changes in my body within weeks. I took 30 mins a day for myself and stuck to the simple nutrition.‍ Here I am a year later and in the best shape of my life!‍♀️ The best part is I am helping others to do the same.‍♀️‍♂️This program came into my life at the perfect time.. I can reach and coach others from other parts of the country and world.  That is a great feeling.I have more weekends free, I travel when and where I want to. So there was a time I stopped working out my upper body all together. Being a personal trainer I know that you shouldn't ignore any part of your body. When I started these at home workout programs my main goal was to lean out a bit. That I did. It took me little time to see results both upper and lower body. I learned that 30 mins a day could transform me into what I was looking to do. Lately I find myself wearing more off the shoulder apparel. I actually like my shoulders again!  I am starting a new challenge group 9/11. If you want to lose 10-20lbs ASAP, lean out, build muscle or just start a healthier journey join me for this incredible challenge! I had some time off today and headed to the beach to relax and catch some sun. Well that drained me and what I wanted to do was come home and take a nap. Especially since my workout partner decided to do so herself. (No names . ) No way was I gonna let all our challengers down. They showed up and so did I. Guess what? I don't regret it at all! In fact I feel so damn good that imma do some work, run some errands and ride my . Hell yes!!! So what are you waiting for! Lose 5-15lbs in 3 weeks with us!
