When that happens, you may go through your day being swamped with negativity and accepting it as a way of life. Infusing your mind with positive thoughts will cause you to produce more positive results in your life, which will help rid the negative sources from your life. Think positive, and eventually that will channel into actions. For those of us starting to want to portray a certain image in the mirror, what to eat can be as confusing as quantum physics.

High fat, high protein, 6 meals, don't eat carbs at night. . .and the list goes on.

So I'm here to lay it down. A starting point if you will.

Firstly I would get a blood checkup to see if anything is out of whack. You'd be surprised for those of you despite your effort see no change too find something may be imbalanced internally.

The next step in what you need to do is set yourself a base. Set yourself a set amount of meals per day. Set yourself a portion of each food group (protein carbs and veg/fruit) PER meal and then MONITOR your weight for the next two weeks. NOT fat as fat tends to come in food we eat outside. But if you like to cook, start with a tsp of oil and 1 thumb length of nuts or seeds or avocados.

Is the weight moving in the right direction? No, revise what you've eaten the past two weeks. DID YOU STICK TO THE PLAN?  BE HONEST. Then take something away OR add depending on the goal at hand. This can be applied to eating outside. Disregard the food that exceeds your art measure BUT eat what you want within reason.

So let's make it easy. 3 meals. Each containing carbs protein and veg /fruit. 
All food groups will be sized with your fist.

🔸Example meal. 3 boiled egg. 2 piece toast 1 apple. All comparable to the size of my fist. Do this 3 times a day. Changing the protein carbs and veg or fruit source as you like.

Drink plenty water. Get enough sun and plenty of sleep and you'll  well be on your way.

So keep your chin up, stay focused, be accountable and work towards the person you want to see in the mirror!!! You are a beast and YOU WILL SUCCEED.
