Working out has been a challenge for me again lately. Every time I do any amount of any intensity of cardio I feel inflamed and fatigued. Anyone else have these issues? I’ve been trying to take it slow, and I’ve taken plenty of days off. But I still can’t do more than 15 minutes without feeling like I’ve overdone it. Any suggestions? It’s been a real struggle for me to slow down my workouts this much. I love running, cardio, weights and Zumba, but my body doesn’t love those things right now. Trying to stay positive while workout through these winter months! • • • • • ing
