Tuna Thursday? Nah…… This fresh tuna salad was easy to make, kind on those love handles and absolutely delicious. It’s packed with protein, flavour and summer ☀️☀️☀️ vibes. . . 🔝 Tip. The ingredients below will serve 4 as a starter or two for a main course. . . 💰 - 200g fresh tuna (£4.50) 1 Lime (£0.30), 1 small red onion (£0.30) 1 red chilli (£0.30) coconut milk (£1.50), 1 mango (£1.25), Coriander (£0.90), Apple (£0.30), Starter for four people or main course for two, £9.35 . . 📝. 1️⃣ Cut tuna into 1.5 cm cubes 2️⃣. Add 2 Tbsp Lime juice and sprinkle of sea salt. Rest for 30 mins 3️⃣. thinly slice half a red onion and rinse. 4️⃣. Mix with zest of a lime, Finely chopped chilli and a sprinkle of Brown sugar. 5️⃣ Drain tuna and mix with 50 ml coconut milk. diced Mango and chopped coriander. Cover and refrigerate for 5 mins. 6️⃣ Plate up, and top with apple matchsticks and a sprinkle of dessicated coconut.
